Choosing the right school for your child is a really important decision. In the Autumn Term we offer prospective families the opportunity to visit our school with their children to meet the team and see the environment. These private, personalised tours will enable you to see first-hand what we can offer your child to help them grow and flourish.
Applications for children starting in Reception in September 2025 can be made from Tuesday 5th November 2024, and must be made by 15th January 2024. Applications can be made via the Kent Admissions website which can be found here.
Places for other year groups may be available, please contact the office on 01843 821384 for further information.
At Minster we welcome children from all surrounding towns and villages. Do not be put off because you don't live in Minster. We currently have children from Broadstairs, in the east, and Herne Bay in the west!

Process of Admission
- Parents are invited to make an appointment with the Head of School to look around school.
- New children (4 year olds) are gradually phased in during their first term. Parents will be invited to a pre-school assessment meeting with their teacher within the first two weeks prior to their child starting school.
- We admit children once a year in September when they are four years old. All children therefore enjoy 17 full terms and 1 part-time term before the end of Key Stage 1 (infants).
- In term 6 prior to admission, parents and children have several opportunities, including an Open Day and Familiarisation Day, to meet staff in the Foundation Stage.
Information on the process and the on-line application links can be found on the KCC website. Please follow this link:
