BIRTHDAY CAKES – could we please remind parents that if you wish to send in cakes for your child’s birthday they must be individually wrapped eg chocolate mini rolls etc.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS FOR CHILDREN – please do not ENTER the School Office to deliver/drop off items your child may have forgotten. Please either ring the Office or use the buzzer on the main car park gates and either Liz or Karen will come to the gate and collect the item from yourselves.
END OF DAY COLLECTIONS – we would like to thank you all for your co-operation and understanding re end of day collections. Could we please ask that you refrain from queuing for your child until your child’s allocated pick up time. Please either remain in your car or wait on the opposite side of the road and you will be called when your child’s Year group is to due to leave school. Please be aware that on Monday 28th September our Reception children will be leaving at 2.50pm, so therefore, parents of our Reception children will be queuing from this time.
ROTARY ART COMPETITION - some of our children's artwork from the Rotary Art Competition from March this year will now be shown in an exhibition from the 24th to the 27th of September in the Margate School in the old Primark building in Margate High Street. Viewing times will be Thursday/Friday 3.00pm - 6pm Saturday/Sunday 1.00pm - 4.00pm. Preview of paintings can be seen on https://www.themargateschool.com/tms-cloud-gallery
PE KITS – these MUST be in school at all times. Please also be mindful of the changes in weather as PE lessons will take place outside and therefore, your child will need to have the appropriate clothing for the conditions.
